Long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 9,900,000.00 to cover the planned budget deficit of the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka and to repay previously incurred liabilities under bank loans and advances. Release of the loan in tranches. The Contractor shall release all tranches of the loan in accordance with the instructions of the Contracting Authority without charging a commission on the unused part of the loan. The loan will be repaid in 52 quarterly installments from 31/03/2026. to 31.12.2038r.
