The employees Norwegian Maritme Authority (340), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, have the need for laptops and associated equipment. The life expectancy of a laptop within the Awarding Authority is from 3 to 5 years. The main office has 16 meeting rooms. In 2006 these were fitted with equipment when the building was new. The meeting rooms at the Awarding Authority's supervisory office was equipped at a different time. The Awarding Authority in this regard has the need for a framework agreement with a supplier for the supply of IT equipment and the related equipment, as well as option on some other related products.
