1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2024 up to 337 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%) of 3,556.40 MWh, of which:
1) Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 (Part 1 of the contract) – 3 098,63 MWh – the detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024 (Part 2 of the contract) – 457.77 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ.
2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
3. Applicable billing periods: Tariff group C2x – 1 month, Tariff group C1x, G, R – 2 months
Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023r. until 31.12.20231. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 337 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 3 098,63 MWh, of which:
Zone I 1 920,23 MWh
Zone II 986.26 MWh
Strefa III 192,14 MWh
The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 Details of the delivery times for each collection point are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
6. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) Quality standards of electricity are described in the Ep and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019, as amended, on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading.

8. The Contractor shall, on the basis of the Power of Attorney granted, be required to notify on behalf of the Contractor (s) of the contracts to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable rules and to represent the Contracting Party (s) before the DSO - the process of changing the seller.
9. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make use of Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the possibility of first examining and evaluating tenders, and then making a subjective qualification of the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
10. As a result of the resolution of the public contract award procedure, 7 contracts will be concluded.
11. The contracting authority requires the provision of a security for the proper performance of the contract, the contractor shall lodge 7 securities for the proper performance of the contract, separately for each contract concluded with the contracting authorities.
12. The Ordering Party requests the lodging of a security deposit. In the case of submitting an offer for Part 1 of the order: PLN 100,000.00.
Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 until 31.12.20241. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 105 pcs.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 457.77 MWh, of which:
Zone I 312.34 MWh
Zone II 145.43 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, provided that the details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to swz column "Delivery period".

12. The Ordering Party requests the lodging of a security deposit. In the case of submitting an offer for Part 2 of the order: PLN 15,000.00.
