First Wessex is tendering for a Concierge Service in Totland Close flats in Farnborough. The service shall operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the front desk/office located at the main entrance of the flats. The service will be provided by a specialist security and support agency facilitating an enhanced security and customer service orientated concierge service.

The current service employs 3 members of staff who work in a 2 shift system at the desk 7 days a week, between 7:00–19:00 and 19:00–7:00 — with 1 staff member during the day and 2 at night. They work in a pattern of 4 days on and 3 days off. All staff are Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensed.
