The subject of the contract are services consisting in the operation of the Sokół W-3A SP SXW rescue helicopter,

including the performance of air operations in the field of TOPR activities, maintenance, maintenance

the airworthiness of the Helicopter and other related activities.

1) Performing air operations within the scope of TOPR activities, i.e.:

(a) Search and rescue operations and the carriage of passengers under an AOC with

zatwierdzeniem HHO i HEMS,

b) Operations related to the training of TOPR rescuers, carried out by TOPR on its own

Activities

(c) Operations related to the maintenance of flight crew privileges and other privileges necessary for

proper performance of the subject of the contract;

2) Ensuring the airworthiness of the Helicopter;

3) Providing maintenance of the Helicopter and its equipment, i.e.:

a) performing line service within the meaning of the PART-145 regulations,

b) performing hangar operation within the meaning of the PART-145 regulations,

c) disassembly and assembly of components in accordance with the maintenance schedule,

(d) performing ARC airworthiness reviews,

e) diagnosing helicopter malfunctions and performing maintenance activities aimed at

their removal to the extent permitted by the approved documentation of the PZL W-3A helicopter contained in the

instructions of the owner of the WSK PZL Świdnik type certificate of the PZL W-3A helicopter EaSA cert. R.007 and

requirements contained in the instructions of the manufacturer P&W Rzeszów of PZL-10W engines and requirements

contained in the instructions;

4) service of technical facilities and petrol stations at the airstrip in Zakopane.

The order covers the performance of services on a helicopter, which is the property of the Ordering Party.
