The services consist of project management missions for rehabilitation operations of buildings subject to the tertiary decree, with a view to their energy renovation, their surface being greater than 1000 square meters. The rehabilitation operations are the result in particular of the recommendations of scenario no. 1 issued by the Lowit software in order to achieve the objective set by the tertiary decree (40% reduction in energy consumption by 2030). This framework agreement, for a maximum duration of 4 years, should allow the missions to be carried out on the 18 buildings concerned. The prioritization will be established according to the recommendations from the Lowit software, but also the technical, organizational and budgetary constraints of the municipality. The provisional estimated cost of the works is estimated at 12,480,000 Euros (T.T.C.) for all 18 buildings, and that of each building is set out in Annex 1 of the Cctp
