Contest for Microsoft licenses and consulting related to these for Statistics Norway (SSB).

Statistics Norway uses products from Microsoft in large parts of its IT environment, both on the server and client side and, not least, for office suite and interaction systems. We have a mix of on-premise and cloud services, wherein office support is largely based on systems in Microsoft 365, while some server systems still run on Windows servers in our own data centre.

Our existing EA (Enterprise Agreement) with contract number 54727809 was signed in February 2021 and is valid for 3 years. The agreement with the new licensing partner will apply for true-up in Q1 2023, as well as for consulting on the possible commencement of a new EA contract in Q1 2024. 

This competition will result in a contract with a Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner (LSP), who can process orders for licences and subscriptions for Microsoft´s entire portfolio. The licensing partner must also be able to contribute with consultancy on the relevant solutions and license compositions.
