The subject of supervision is "Supervision over the execution of works and management of the Contract entitled: "Construction/Extension of the national road S10 Szczecin – Piła" divided into 3 parts of the contract.

Wałcz, section 4, junction "Recz" (without village) - w.Cybowo (b.w)The subject of the contract is the performance of the Consultant's duties in accordance with the Agreement, based on the GTC and SWK, in particular:
- management, investor's supervision and control over the execution of works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate
- verification of design documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verification of the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors;
- carrying out information and promotion activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the GDDKiA services,
- fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with GDDKiA services,
- fulfillment of the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the existing EU-co-financed investment requirements/guidelines and the procedures of the beneficiary of the Projects for the POIA,
- providing an investor supervision service for the implementation of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract,
- carrying out tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme,
- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,
- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting in the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Public Procurement Law Act,
- constant monitoring, handling and settling of matters relating to the proper execution by individual Contractors, documents of the Contractor and works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams overseeing neighbouring investments - in as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the rules and method of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works.
