The fuel supply to be contracted includes the different fuels used by

municipal vehicles and machinery as detailed in this specification and shall include all

vehicles that make up the municipal fleet, as well as all those vehicles that during the

the term of the contract may be incorporated into it.

The fuels to be supplied are:

A) Unleaded Gasoline 95 for automotive.

B) Unleaded Gasoline 98 for automotive.

C) Diesel A for automotive.

D) LPG gas for automotive.

The contract will oblige the supplier to deliver the fuels successively and

by unit price, without the total amount being defined at the time the contract is signed,

as the needs are variable, these are defined on an estimated basis.
