The purpose of this contract is to: Lot 1: refurbishment of a Texoma 500 drill rig on a 6x6 truck Lot 2: replacement of a drill head and pump on a Sedidrill 500-90

This lot includes a refurbishment of the hydraulic mechanism of the head raising and lowering device on its Kelly rod and mast balancing, the repair of the cockpit, the replacement of used hydraulic hoses, the repair of leaks in the hydraulic system, electrical work on lighting and the upgrading of the winches and lighting devices

This lot includes the replacement of the drill head and injection pump of the Sedidrill 500-90 drill from the Angers branch of Cerema Ouest. This 9-year-old equipment requires equipment with a pump delivering a higher flow rate than the current one, at least 100 l/min. The current drill head has leaks at the injection drum and a mass imbalance on its support and on the mast. This head is to be replaced by a Eurodrill type model, with characteristics at least similar to the current one. The contract includes the adaptation of the new equipment to the current drill, the supply of the parts and their installation on the drill
