The construction project is phase I of the construction of the Oiti comprehensive school in Hausjärvi. The acquisition concerns the construction of primary school premises and a preparatory kitchen. The scope of the acquisition is approximately 1,463 hym2. In the later stages of construction, sports facilities will be built and new middle school/high school facilities will be built, as well as the old middle school building will be demolished. The following stages of construction must be taken into account in design and construction.

The project will be implemented as a kvr contract. The item must be ready and available for receipt

no later than 31.5.2024.

A secondary school/upper secondary school will operate on the site throughout the implementation of the project. In the implementation of the project, users must provide safe access routes, escape routes and outdoor living areas, as well as the peace required for student writings, for example.

The implementation and requirements of the project are presented in the invitation to tender and in the appendices to the list of documents. A separate functional plan has been drawn up for the preparation kitchen.
