1. The subject of the contract is the long-term rental of seven brand new, electric passenger cars as part of the implementation of the LIFE AFTER COAL PL project – Implementation of the Strategy for Climate Neutrality Eastern Wielkopolska 2040.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the long-term rental of seven brand new, electric passenger cars as part of the implementation of the LIFE AFTER COAL PL project – Implementation of the Strategy for Climate Neutrality Eastern Wielkopolska 2040.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor shall not divide the contract into lots. Its division would not only be artificial, but would risk excessive technical difficulties and a real likelihood of excessive costs, and the need to coordinate the actions of individual economic operators could also jeopardise the proper performance of the entire contract.
4. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the ordering party.
5. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.
6. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above, i.e. the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.
7. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising the option right specified in Article 441 of the PPL,
