In accordance with § 20a SGB V, the IKK (Guild Health Insurance Fund) Südwest provides services for health promotion in living environments, in particular nutrition education in schools. As part of the implementation of this mission, IKK Südwest supports schools in Saarland in cooperation with the Saarland Ministry for the Environment, Climate, Mobility, Agriculture and Consumer Protection (MUKMAV) and the Adipositas-Netzwerk Saar e. V. in the development of an independent and health-promoting diet with the project "schmeckt.einfach.gut".

Contracts are concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions and access procedures are uniform. Individual negotiations with interested parties are not conducted. For the open-house model, see also the explanations under section II.2.4).

The project "schmeckt.einfach.gut." is based on the modular cookbook of the same name. This was developed by the Adipositas-Netzwerk Saar e. V. and the MUKMAV. It was co-financed by the MUKMAV, as well as the Ministry of Health, Women and Family. It serves to promote awareness of healthy eating among students.

The project is funded by the IKK Südwest and coordinated by the MUKMAV and carried out by trained multipliers together with teachers (team teaching) at the schools.

A training course for the multipliers has already been carried out by the MUKMAV. The IKK Südwest decides on the recognition of a comparable qualification that has already been acquired. If required, further training can be offered. The multipliers implement the project in a participatory process together with the schools and the students. IKK Südwest concludes the fee contracts with the multipliers and therefore also pays the fees of the multipliers. The fee is EUR 66.66 per hour in accordance with Appendix 1 to the fee agreement. The multiplier will be remunerated for a maximum of 8 hours (a total of EUR 533.28) per project. (Allocation of hours see fee contract)

IKK Südwest is participating in the financing of the project in the school year 2023/2024 in accordance with the cooperation agreement between IKK Südwest, MUKMAV and Adipositas-Netzwerk Saar e. V. IKK Südwest also supports the project by providing a cookbook, the creation of accompanying media (e.g. flyers) and accompanying public relations work.

Contracts are concluded within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". In the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions and access procedures are uniform. Individual negotiations with interested parties are not conducted. Joining the contract is possible at any time until the expiry of the contract and under the same conditions, depending on your needs. All contracts end on 31.8.2024. Any suitable multiplier can become a contractual partner.

Interested persons can request the participation documents as well as the contract documents by email at the contact address evangelia.gouli@ikk-sw.de. Interested parties wishing to become contractual partners must submit contract documents (informal application for participation and proof of existing qualifications, cf. Section III.1.3)) to the above-mentioned contact address (evangelia.gouli@ikk-sw.de). The extended police clearance certificate (Section III.1.3)) can be submitted later. Later contracts can be concluded during the term on the first day of each month, provided that there is a need for further multipliers. In such a case, the receipt of the contract documents must be submitted no later than the end of the second month preceding the month of the desired start of the contract (e.g. if the contract starts on 01.08. receipt by 30.06.). All multipliers who meet these requirements – see also section III.1.3) – will be taken into account when awarding the contract. The MUKMAV receives a list of persons who have applied and meet the requirements from the IKK Südwest in the order in which the applications are received. The MUKMAV decides on its own responsibility, without the involvement of the IKK Südwest, which multiplier should receive the contract for the respective school. The travel distance (travel costs) of the multiplier to the respective school plays an important role in the decision.
