Description:
Development of project documentation entitled: "Development of access infrastructure for ships in Pool IV – Phase 1" along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit

The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation entitled: "Development of access infrastructure for ships in Pool IV – Phase 1" along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit.

The order will be carried out on the basis of BIM requirements, specified in Annex 14 to SWZ (Information requirements of the Contracting Authority for the Project - E and R ("Employer Information Requirement") regarding BIM ("Building Information Modeling/Management") requirements.

Przedmiotowe zadanie jest ujęte w Umowie o Dofinansowanie (UoD) Grant Agreement No. INEA/CEF/TRAN/M2020/2408415 for the action "Preparatory works for the Investment Task "Development of access infrastructure in the Port of Gdynia".

The detailed scope of the item of the order includes:

1) Adoption of the scope of the planned expansion in accordance with the study "Concepts for the expansion of the ferry terminal at the Polish Quay in the area of PGA SA at the PGA SA facility." multi-branch concept", Wuprohyd, March 2022, according to Variant 3a.

2) Conducting research on the ferry market in the Baltic Sea basin and verifying the ferry data contained in the Feasibility Study Extract, constituting Appendix. No. 13 to SWZ.

3) conducting a detailed interview and research/analysis of underground networks and utilities of all industries and operators and a detailed analysis of archival documentation;

4) performing a navigational analysis covering all introduced changes in the infrastructure covered by this project;

5) analysis of ferry mooring (selection of mooring and fender devices – spacing, geometry);

6) conducting a detailed interview and discernment, research and measurements regarding ferromagnetic objects to the extent necessary to determine the scope and method and technology of work within the scope specified by the project;

7) performing detailed geotechnical surveys to the extent necessary to prepare documentation, preceded by the development of relevant geological projects along with obtaining relevant consents and permits;

8) development of a situational and altitude map for design purposes preceded by an analysis of the doc. geodetic and checking the actual situation in the field to the extent necessary to prepare project documentation required by the construction law along with the necessary arrangements on the plough, in a file in commercial format – including "dgn" Micro Station, "dwg" Auto Cad (max. 2000), in "dxf" format;

9) inventory of the existing area using laser scanning technology and transfer of measurement results in the native format for a given 3D scanner and the e57 format (point cloud with a density of 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm). It is permissible to use photogrammetric data as a supplement to the land inventory in places inaccessible to the 3D scanner. When combining measurement techniques, the use of control points, measured by total station or GNSS receiver, in accordance with Annex 14 (EIR) is required;

10) preparation of a BEP document according to the schedule and assumptions set out in the Appendix. No 14 to SWZ (EIR);

11) preparation of an application for a decision on building and land development conditions and a permit for the construction and construction of structures and equipment in Polish maritime areas;

12) taking all necessary actions, on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party, in order to obtain, on behalf of and on behalf of the Employer, a final decision on building and land development conditions and a legally valid permit for the construction and construction of structures and equipment in Polish maritime areas;

13) oprac. water law survey and agreeing it with the Ordering Party, submitting an application to the competent authority of Polish Waters and obtaining a Water Law Permit;

14) development of the Plot or Area Development Project and multi-branch architectural and construction projects together with arrangements (including with OHS, sanitary and hygienic and fire protection experts) and with all additional studies resulting from the obtained decisions, necessary to submit an application for a building permit decision and agree it with the services of the Contracting Authority;

15) development of multi-branch technical projects along with the infrastructure within the scope of the project and resulting from the necessary scope of planned works together with arrangements;

16) development of multi-branch executive designs along with the infrastructure within the scope of the project and resulting from the necessary scope of planned works;

17) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works;

18) preparation of bills of quantities and investor cost estimates with division into industries.
