The subject of the order consists in:

1) collection of municipal waste from residential properties and properties where residents do not live in the number and capacity of containers and containers, in accordance with the order submitted by the Ordering Party in the attachments to the SWZ

2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected from public points,

3) equipping the property with equipment for collecting waste and maintaining it in an appropriate technical and sanitary condition;

4) running a Selective Waste Collection Point,

5) management of collected waste, including PSZOK;

6) equipping and maintaining throughout the period of service performance, real estate in containers for selective collection of municipal waste specified in OPZ

The subject of this contract includes the performance of a service within a period of 12 months, which consists in:

1) collection of municipal waste (emptying containers of municipal waste and transport of this waste to the places of their management) from the area of residential properties and properties where residents do not live in the number and capacity of containers and containers, in accordance with the order submitted by the Ordering Party in the annexes to Part III of the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), hereinafter also referred to as the "List of serviced properties", located within the administrative boundaries of the Kostomłoty Commune,

2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected from public points – Annex 2 to OPZ);

3) equipping the property with equipment for collecting waste and maintaining it in an appropriate technical and sanitary condition;

4) running the Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) along with the management of waste collected in it;

5) management of collected waste, including PSZOK;

6) preparing for the Ordering Party and providing in the form, layout and specified deadlines, the necessary statistical data resulting from reporting identical for the subject of the contract;

7) equipping and maintaining throughout the service period, real estate in containers for selective collection of municipal waste intended for metal and plastic waste, including metal and plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging. Containers for the separate collection of municipal metal and plastic waste, including metal and plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging, must be yellow, marked 'Metals and plastics';

8) equipping the property with bags for selective collection of municipal waste intended for biodegradable waste, including green waste (in the amount of 2 bags with a capacity of 120 l for one single-family building or one residential unit for one waste collection). Bags for the separate collection of municipal waste for biodegradable waste, including green waste, must be marked with the inscription "Bio" in brown. Residents are obliged to independently obtain containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste;

9) equipping PSZOK with appropriate containers (containers) for collecting municipal waste;

10) equipping public points with appropriate containers (containers) for collecting municipal waste (at the request of the Ordering Party in case of increased demand).

Collection and management of municipal waste will consist in:

1) maintenance of containers in PSZOK in appropriate sanitary, order and technical condition;

2) repair of any damage caused by the fault of the Contractor, during the performance of the subject of the Order. The Contractor shall be fully liable to the Contracting entity and third parties for damage to the property and/or health of third parties arising during the performance of the subject of the Contract;

3) transport of municipal waste (code 20 03 01) to the regional municipal waste treatment installation, hereinafter referred to as the "municipal installation";

4) running one point of selective collection of municipal waste - PSZOK;

5) carrying out in each locality of the commune, at a frequency of once every six months, the collection of waste: waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste and used tires, directly collected from residents;

6) management of municipal waste and residues from sorting of municipal waste intended for landfill.

3. The Contractor shall perform the contract in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes an Annex to the SWZ.
