The subject of the order is: “Receipt and development of municipal waste from property inhabited from the community of Krzyżanowice in the years 2022-2023". Description of the item of the order is contained in the SWZ with the attachments.

1. The subject of the order is: “Receipt and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the community of Krzyżanowice in the years 2022-2023", including:

(a) The provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste arising on the premises of inhabited property where municipal waste is created in the Community of Krzyżanowice in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2016 - 2022, adopted by resolution of the Sejmik of the Silesian Voivodeship Nr V/37/7/2017 of 24 April 2017, by the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 19) and any applicable legislation laws.

(b) Purchase and distribution of bags for selective collection of municipal waste in single-family and multi-family buildings, provided that the community chooses segregation in bags,

c) The establishment and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) within the Community of Krzyżanowice within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, fulfilling the requirements laid down by law for locating on the property to which the Contractor holds legal title.

d) Providing containers for collection of textiles and worn clothing on the premises of the PSZOK.

1. The projected total amount of municipal waste covered by the contract will be 5,300 [Mg] waste/per year. Therefore, for the entire period of implementation of the contract (between 2022 and 2023), the forecast amount of waste will be 10,600 [Mg] waste.

2. The Contractor expresses his willingness to implement and continuously improve pro-ecological activities in accordance with the Environmental Policy of the Community Krzyżanowice, i.e. the Environment Programme for the Community of Krzyżanowice and its updates and the Development Strategy of Krzyżanowice Municipality.

3. Use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies; maximum protection against harmful environmental impacts — (minimization of exhaust gas, oil leaks, noise). Minimize the use of heavy equipment, and minimize the operation of mechanical equipment, i.e. the implementation of the task using equipment tailored in size and weight to the existing road infrastructure of the municipality, without causing damage to this infrastructure.
