The construction site is located in Würzburg — Heuchelhof, Bernese Str. 6d. It can be reached via the A3 motorway, exit Würzburg Heidingsfeld and the B 19 federal road towards Heuchelhof.

The substrate consists of shell limestone, layers of clay and yellowish limestone. The ground is clay to silt. The building plot is located in a drinking water conservation area. The work is for the construction of a new dormitory and a day care centre of the Foundation's Wohnstätten für Handicapped. The service includes the implementation of soil removal and replacement partly with limestone stabilization, leveling, setting edge stones, production of asphalt and concrete paving surfaces, including the required substructure, support walls made of in-sit-on concrete, concrete L-elements and drywall concrete blocks, concrete foundations for escape staircase systems and Garbage container containment, planting of trees, shrubs and perennials, as well as lawn seeds. The work must be coordinated with the timber and metal structure, which creates the garbage container containment, as well as the railings and handrails.
