The purpose of this contract is for the provision of temporary structures to members and clients of TUCO. This includes temporary kitchens, equipment and bars, marquees, temporary structures and turnkey provision of these. These are divided into 4 lots.
The provision of temporary kitchens, equipment and bars which may be:
— modular,
— may include dining and serving area,
— long/short term hire,
— purchase options,
— mobile refrigerated trailer units,
— fully equipped.
Large scale marquees and temporary structures (including but not limited to: clearspan, aluminium, multi-storey, transparent and traditional) for event hire to include additional items such as:
— floor covering,
— lighting,
— heating and cooling/ventilation,
— furniture,
— venue dressing,
— access/ramps/walkways,
— AV – sound and vision,
— power solutions e.g generators.
Event management solution – to include supply/hire of additional event items such as:
— toilets,
— bar,
— kitchen and kitchen equipment,
— tables/linen/crockery/glassware.
Small scale marquees and temporary structures (including but not limited to: clearspan, aluminium, multi-storey, transparent and traditional) for event hire to include additional items such as:
— floor covering,
— lighting,
— heating and cooling/ventilation,
— furniture,
— venue dressing,
— access/ramps/walkways,
— AV – sound and vision,
— power solutions e.g generators.
This lot will also cover small Pods/Tents/Bell Tents/Tepee/Wigwams/Yurts, etc.
Event management solution – to include supply/hire of additional event items such as:
— toilets,
— bar,
— kitchen and kitchen equipment,
— tables/linen/crockery/glassware.
Covering all of the requirements of Lots 1, 2 and 3 as a Turnkey solution.
