1. The subject of this contract is the provision of services in the scope of commissioned operation of thermal systems from the source of heat generation to heat exchangers and coils of air handling units, the supply of domestic hot water from a heat source to DHW exchangers along with the purchase and delivery of fuel in the necessary quantity to the boiler room. The service includes the operation of the boiler room in the building. No 202; 54; 55; 57; 78; 103; 205; 228 k. 6068 Siemirowice and boiler room in bud. No. 10 k. 4831 Strzepcz. 2. The cost of purchase and transport of fuel shall be borne by the Contractor. 3. The thermal system of the military complex includes facilities and equipment as well as periods and type of heating medium, i.e. central heating (central heating) and domestic hot water (DHW), which are specified in the list constituting Annex 1 to the contract. 4. A detailed list of lent real estate (premises) necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.
