The overall performance is awarded in four lots:
— Lot 1: collection and transport of residual waste, biowaste as well as bulky waste and branch and shrubs;
— Lot 2: collection and transport of waste paper;
— Lot 3: takeover and exploitation of waste paper;
— Lot 4: collection and disposal of problem substances.

— Provision of new containers as part of a rental purchase (including distribution costs).
— The containers for residual and organic waste collection must be equipped with an ident system.
Collection and transport of residual waste:
— emptying the 80-l, 120-l, 240-l and 1,100 l residual waste containers every two or four weeks;
— carrying out the container change service and container inventory maintenance;
— Transportation of the residual waste to the transfer station of the Siegen-Wittgenstein district (currently: Winterbach in Netphen-Herzhausen).
Collection and transportation of organic waste:
— emptying 120 l and 240 l organic waste bins at a daily cycle of 14 days;
— carrying out the container change service and container inventory maintenance;
— Transport of organic waste to the transfer station of the Siegen-Wittgenstein district (currently: Winterbach in Netphen-Herzhausen).
Collection and transport of bulky waste:
— bulky waste collection on demand (call card or online) within 6 weeks;
— transport of bulky waste to the transfer station of the Siegen-Wittgenstein district (currently: Winterbach in Netphen-Herzhausen).
Collection and transport of branch and shrubs:
— Twice annual bundle collection of branches and shrubs on fixed dates (spring and autumn) with registration;
— Transportation of branch and shrubs to the transfer station of the Siegen-Wittgenstein district (currently: Winterbach in Netphen-Herzhausen).
Collection and transport of waste paperProvision of containers for collection of waste paper (PPK):
— provision of new or used containers as part of a rental purchase (including distribution costs).
Collection and transport of waste paper:
— emptying the “green bin” at 240 l and 1,100 l every four weeks (“Holsystem”);
— carrying out the container change service and container inventory maintenance;
— transport of collected waste paper to a suitable and approved delivery point (transhipment facility) of the contractor (including handling and weighing). A subset of the PPK may also be relocated for the dual systems.
— Optional: quantity flow proof for the dual systems (depending on the regulations of the co-use agreement to be concluded).
Takeover and recycling of waste paper— takeover of waste paper at the handling facility designated by the client (lot 2 contractor);
— carrying out transport and recycling logistics;
— recycling of waste paper (including disposal of the resulting contaminants/sorting residues).
Collection and disposal of problematic substances— collection of problem substances with the pollutant vehicle on up to 5 days of collection in urban areas (currently 4 locations each);
— disposal of the assumed problem substances.
