Renewal of the insurance portfolio of the municipality of Evere, the CPAS d'Evere and the non-profit association “La Fermette”.

The market is divided into lots as follows:

— Lot 1 “Miscellaneous insurance (excluding hospitalization and guaranteed income)”;

— lot 2 “Guaranteed Income Insurance”.

Bidders can submit a bid for one or both lots (Law of 17.6.2016, Article 58). In order for an offer for the first lot to be valid, it must include all the insurance of that lot. Lots can be awarded to different bidders. Adjudicators reserve the right not to award one or both lots. It was decided not to split the first batch so as not to multiply the contractors' insurance interlocutors following the award of the contract. Each insurer has its own claim processing methodology, its own interface, etc., the multiplication of... (see market documents).

Lot 1 covers the following insurances:

Chapter 1: The Municipality:

1) fire insurance and related perils;

2) insurance of motor vehicles;

3) omnium mission insurance;

4) occupational accident insurance;

5) bodily accidents of the Mayor and the aldermen;

6) bodily accidents — communal counsellors and some volunteers of the Commune;

(7) school insurance;

8) insurance assistance snow classes and excursions abroad;

9) other RC and AC insurance;

10) liability insurance;

11) RC insurance event organization;

12) all risk insurance cloakroom and other equipment;

13) electronic all-risk insurance;

14) all risk insurance works of art of the Municipality;

15) temporary exposure all-risk insurance;

16) flight insurance for transportation and stay of funds.

1) fire insurance and related perils;
