Genesis Housing Association (Contracting Authority) are inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Main Contractors to enter into a JCT 2011 Design and Build contract to provide Works as detailed herein. Works to be commissioned by the Contracting Authority are for the design and construction of 50 mixed tenure apartments, comprising 32 new build properties and 18 refurbishment and conversion properties. The works are to be carried out on two adjacent properties, 81, 83 and 85 Madeley Road, London W5 and 58, 60 and 62 Hanger Lane, London W5. The proposed contract will include for all necessary design works, associated infrastructure and site development works including hard/soft landscaping and external works. The development has planning approval, with conditions and Section 106 obligations. More specific details will be available should you be invited to submit a tender. The Contracting Authority and any consultants acting for or on behalf of the Contracting Authority in connection with the contract selection process, accept no liability for any costs incurred by Candidates in the preparation and submission of their PQQ/ITT documentation. Candidates also accept that the Contracting Authority, expressly in accordance with the Regulations governing this process, reserves the right to change the basis and/or procedures for selecting the successful Main Contractor, including terminating the process outright without liability to the Candidates for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participating in this selection process. It is your responsibility to follow up your request if after 2 working days you have not received the PQQ documentation.
