During the contract period from 01.11.2023 to 31.10.2026, basic and special cleaning will be carried out in

of the use-free period and are listed in the bill of quantities as well as in the orientation calculation

not included.

The basic and special cleaning includes in particular:

. Basic cleaning or restoration of the non-textile coverings

. Intermediate or basic cleaning of the textile coverings

. Full surface cleaning of all horizontal surfaces (also > 1.80 m)

. Full-surface cleaning of all vertical surfaces (even > 1.80 m)

. Cleaning of the inner surfaces of the cabinet

. Cleaning the lighting fixtures

. Full-surface cleaning of all washable walls, e.g. tile walls

. Cleaning the frames of tables and chairs
