The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY, INCLUDING THE SALE AND PROVISION OF ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION SERVICES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULMIERZYCE AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. 3. Procurement – purchase and distribution of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference:

1) The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 2,224,416.00 kWh.

The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY, INCLUDING THE SALE AND PROVISION OF ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION SERVICES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULMIERZYCE AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis.

The Municipality of Sulmierzyce and the entities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference will conclude separate agreements resulting from the present public procurement procedure in an open tender procedure. Detailed information on concluding contracts is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Use and Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference. It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator for the performance of the Comprehensive Electricity Supply Agreement concluded with the Contractor, covering the sale and provision of electricity distribution services. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Appendix No. 5.1 to the Terms of Reference).

2. The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and on the basis of a signed Agreement (the Agreement is available at the Contracting Authority's headquarters), on behalf of the Municipal Public Library.

3. Procurement – purchase and distribution of electricity to the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference:

1) The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 2,224,416.00 kWh. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity ordered. The Distribution System Operator is PGE Dystrybucja S.A.
