The description of the services to be performed and their technical specifications are indicated under the CCTP. The associated subsequent contracts will be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement and will be of two types:

— subsequent contracts for transactions < EUR 350 000.00 excl. VAT for Lot 1 and < EUR 200 000.00 for Lot 2, to be awarded in the form of an annual purchase order framework agreement (MS-BC);

— subsequent contracts for transactions > to EUR 350 000.00 excl. VAT for lot 1 and > to EUR 200 000.00 for lot 2, (MS-OP) in the form of ordinary contracts.

A first subsequent one-year contract for transactions < EUR 350 000.00 excl. VAT for Lot 1 and < EUR 200 000.00 for Lot 2 will be concluded once the framework agreement has been awarded. To do so, applicants will be asked to incorporate the subsequent contract documents. The framework agreement concluded with three economic operators.

— Joint Framework Agreement on Road Works and Miscellaneous Networks for the City of Cuers,

Lot No. 1: ACC road work;

— Subsequent Contract BC: Lot No. 1: MS-BC Road Work No. 1.

Joint Framework Agreement Road Works and Miscellaneous Networks for the City of Cuers:

— batch 2: various network works contract subsequent to purchase orders network work. ACC;

— batch 2: various network works contract subsequent to purchase orders network work. MS-BC No. 1.
