A framework agreement will be signed with one - 1 tenderer that will ensure that Tjeldsund Municipality has the capacity and competence for planning processes, project assignments, and property development. There can also be call-offs under the framework agreement for assignments connected to maintenance/upgrades to the existing property mass.

The delivery will mainly be - but is not limited to - connected with the procurement of engineering design and consultancy services within the areas:

- Preparation of development plans

- Engineering design for water and sewage systems

- Engineering design for roads

- Engineering design for buildings

- Project management (building and site projects)

- Construction management (building and site projects)
