The objective of this European public tender is to select and contract a tenderer to supply, implement and maintain a Civil Affairs System in the form of an off-premise solution for the municipality of Hardenberg.

The Assignment specifically concerns the provision on the basis of user rights, the design and implementation (including migration / conversion from the present Civil Affairs Solution), the management and maintenance of an off-premise ICT solution for Civil Affairs provided as a service for the implementation support of the Civil Affairs processes for the Municipality of Hardenberg (hereinafter also referred to as: ICT Performance).
