Consulting services for the implementation of the ongoing restructuring and restructuring program according to IDW S6

The award includes consulting services for the implementation of the restructuring and restructuring program according to IDW S6 by providing content advice and methodical support from a project management office (PMB) or renovation office to control and monitor all projects along with a current report to the management.

A term of 1 year is initially concluded with a surcharge. The start of the contract was set as 01.01.2022. The client has the unilateral right (option) to extend the contract term by up to 12 months at a time a maximum of three times by means of written declaration to the contractor. The resulting maximum contract period, including all extension options, is therefore 48 months. The contractor has no legal right to exercise the option by the client.
