Construction of new buildings using the kvr contract model; Five apartment buildings with yard work to be built in the Kaerla area of Turku.

The work form of the project is a fixed price total liability (KVR), including construction and building engineering works and the completion of the plans, main drawings and work and implementation plans under the request for tender, the basis study, reference plans and design guide on the basis of the starting data, in accordance with the chore documents. The contractor will apply for a construction permit for the site.

The project includes 5 apartment buildings totalling 9400 k-m2.

In addition to this, parking, yard and access areas will be built on the plot in accordance with the plans. The entrances to the plot will be carried out from three different streets, Kaerlantie, Suovantie and Savonkedonkatu.
