The aim of this invitation for tender is to conclude the future multitechnical maintenance contract for facilities management in buildings.
The future multitechnical maintenance contract for facilities management in buildings (lot 1) will begin with a handover period of 5 to 6 months, starting no later than 15.6.2018 and ending on 14.11.2018.
The future contract for regulatory inspection (lot 2) will begin with a 3-month handover period, starting on 15.11.2018.
Following the aforementioned handover periods, the new contractor for each lot will be entirely responsible for the tasks for a maximum of 4 years (lot 1) and 3,75 years (lot 2).
The contract is divided into 2 lots:
lot 1: multitechnical maintenance contract for facilities management in buildings 2018–2022;
lot 2: regulatory inspection.
Applications cannot be submitted for both lots.
— Operation and maintenance of technical equipment, infrastructure and facilities.
— Operation and maintenance of the structure of buildings, facades, infrastructure and finishings.
— Energy management and optimisation.
— Technical assistance for the buildings.
— Warranty management.
The buildings concerned are:
— EKI (owned by the contracting authority),
— BLB (rented),
— crèche (owned by the contracting authority),
— IAK (rented),
— PKI (buildings A and C – rented and shared, building B – rented),
— Light-house I (rented),
— BHK (rented and shared),
— WKI and its extension (owned by the contracting authority).
