Supply of electricity to entities indicated in Annex No 1.a to SWZThe subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the specific conditions of the functioning of the electricity system for the subject collection points involved in the proceedings, the list of which is set out in Annex No 1.a
