1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of disposable kits together with the necessary liquids for collecting UKKP together with the lease of 2 pcs. cell separators

2. The order includes the delivery of disposable kits together with the necessary liquids for collecting UKKP together with the lease of 2 pcs. cell separators in the amount of 1 000 pcs. within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include the "Offer Form", "Detailed description of the subject of the contract – obligations of the Contractor" and the draft provisions of the contract constituting annexes to the SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract, the above-mentioned documents will constitute annexes to the contract.
