In 2017, community centre De Lelie was destroyed by fire. The former community centre, located right next to the Paulusschool in Hilversum Zuid, housed a wide range of activities and initiatives aimed at various groups from society. At the moment, De Lelie uses spaces in the Paulusschool. Also after-school care De Basisbende (Bink Kinderopvang) uses the spaces in the Paulusschool. Together with community centre De Lelie and BSO De Basisbende, the Paulusschool now forms the Brede School Bloemenkwartier. Replacement housing is needed for De Lelie. This replacement housing will take the form of a multifunctional building: the MFA Hilversum Zuid. The intended partners of this building are the Paulusschool, Bink childcare, Versa Welzijn, Jeugd & Gezin and the municipality of Hilversum.

The assignment concerns the realization of the work in accordance with specifications that will be provided at the Tender phase.
