Contract K.3 Construction of an intelligent stormwater sewer management system in the city of Elbląg implemented under the project no. POIS.02.03.00-00-0025 / 17 "Modernization of sewage management in the Elbląg Agglomeration".

1. The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of an Intelligent Rainwater Sewage Management System in the city of Elbląg.

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) Conducting an audit;

2) Acquiring input data for the construction of a mathematical model of storm water drainage (orthophotomap, digital model of terrain, digital model of land cover and other materials);

3) Performing complementary measurements in the field;

4) Passportization of the GIS database for storm water drainage in Elbląg;

5) Conducting a measurement campaign (on the storm water drainage system, receivers and meteorological);

6) Construction and calibration of the mathematical model of storm water drainage;

7) Provision and implementation of simulation software;

8) Development of guidelines for the project as well as the construction and executive project for monitoring the storm water drainage along with obtaining a building permit or an equivalent document;

9) Construction of the monitoring system (points recording the filling of channels, points recording the filling, velocity and flow of flow in the channels, meteorological posts);

10) Implementation (expansion) of the SCADA system for new measuring points;

11) Verifying the storm water drainage model based on data registered in the SCADA system;

12) Model connection / integration with the GIS database and SCADA system;

13) Performing all other activities described in the Functional and Utility Program, including developing operating instructions and procedures for maintaining the model and monitoring system of the rainwater sewage system, conducting training, obtaining an occupancy permit or an equivalent document;

14) promotional activities - creating an information / souvenir board.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in:

2) the concept of Construction of an intelligent storm sewer network management system in the city of Elbląg;

3) Promotional activities in which the requirements for the implementation and installation of an information / souvenir board have been described.

4. The Contractor as part of the subject of the contract is required to perform all the works, services and activities specified in the procurement documents (SIWZ, contract template and documentation mentioned in paragraph 3) as well as all other works, services and activities not listed in these documents, and necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract enabling its use in accordance with its purpose and applicable law.
