The total performance will be awarded in the following 4 lots:

Lot 1: collection of residual waste and biowaste

Lot 2: collection of bulky waste (residual bulky waste, waste wood, metal scrap, large electrical appliances) and garden waste

Lot 3: collection of waste paper in the collection and delivery system (including envelope)

Lot 4: takeover and recovery of waste paper

Collection of residual waste (household and domestic waste) ("gray bin"):

- four-weekly container-based collection of residual waste (household and domestic waste) with 35 l, 60 l, 80 l, 120 l and 240 l waste containers and 660 l and 1 100 l containers,

- Waste containers (MGB) / containers with a volume of 240 l, 660 l and 1 100 l can be emptied as an alternative to the rule collection in a weekly or 14-day collection cycle or on demand,

- Transport of the collected residual waste to the delivery point specified by the district (RMHKW Böblingen), a transfer of the waste is permitted.

Collection of biowaste ("brown bin"):

- 14-day tank-based collection of 80 l, 120 l and 240 l waste containers (MGB) (collection of biowaste using a detection system and vehicles with "Rotopress construction"),

- Transport of the collected biowaste to the delivery point specified by the district (in the district area).

Note to lot 1:

- The containers (MGB) necessary for the container-aided collection of residual waste and biowaste are already present in the collection area and are the property of the district of Freudenstadt,

- the container change service and the container inventory are not subject of the tendered services,

- Tour planning via computer program of the district ("Athos").

Collection of residual waste, waste wood, metal scrap and large electrical appliances:

- twice a year road collection for residual and waste wood, metal scrap and large electrical appliances,

- transport of the various waste fractions to the delivery points specified by the district,

- Tour planning via computer program of the district ("Athos").

Collection of garden waste:

- twice a year road collection of garden waste,

- transport of the collected garden waste to the delivery point specified by the district,

- Tour planning via computer program of the district ("Athos").

- Four-weekly container-based collection of waste paper waste containers (MGB) with a volume of 240 l and 1,100 l ("blue county bin"). Joint collection of commercial PPC waste is not permitted.

- collection of waste paper via depot containers, including container provision,

- takeover of waste paper at recycling centers, including container provision,

- Takeover of waste paper from association collections, including container provision,

- transportation of the waste paper originating from the different collection systems to a delivery point (transhipment facility) to be provided by the contractor within the district area or in the immediate vicinity,

- transfer of collected municipal waste paper and handover to the contractor of lot 4,

- Optional handling and transfer of partial quantities of waste paper (PPK) to third parties designated by the customer (system operators in accordance with the Packaging Act (VerpackG) or their agents),

- Tour planning via computer program of the district ("Athos").

Note from the awarding authority to lot 3:

- The containers (MGB) necessary for the container-based collection of "municipal" waste paper are already present in the collection area and are the property of the district of Freudenstadt,

- The container change service and the container inventory are not subject of the tendered services.

- take over of the "municipal" waste paper at the transhipment facility of the contractor of lot 3,

- carrying out all necessary transport and recovery logistics services,

- Utilization / marketing of the recovered waste paper (including disposal of any sorting residues or contaminants).
