The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for contract T01 turnkey contract in project Ibestad nursing home and sheltered accommodation flats.

The existing nursing home building is to be demolished and replaced with a new:

— Nursing home,

— Sheltered accommodation flats,

— Sheltered accommodation flats, shared housing.

The existing nursing home is to be demolished after the new nursing home has been completed and taken into use. Then the sheltered accommodation flats are to be completed and taken into use. Demolition of the existing buildings, as well as the development and completion of outdoor areas are to be included in the turnkey contract.
