Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a provider of Soft Facilities Management Services to work in a partnership arrangement, with an open book policy, in order to bring value for money and innovation to the following core services:

1. catering;

2. car parking;

3. courier service;

4. domestic cleaning services;

5. external entrances, loading bay, balconies and canopies;

6. laundry and linen distribution;

7. pest control service (management of);

8. portering services;

9. post room;

10. post service;

11. reception desk;

12. security;

13. ward housekeeping;

14. waste collection;

15. waste management

16. window cleaning services (management of);

17. front of house retail outlet;

18. additional service needs e.g bed washing, mobility shop.

A Memorandum of Information (MOI) which will provide full details of the project scope, and Trust information, as well as a Pre Qualifying Questionnaire (PQQ) will be made available after receipt of your expression of interest.

The completed PQQ must be returned via Tactica (e tendering portal) by the closing date.
