"Comprehensive technical service and brand promotion during conferences, symposia, fairs, congresses and sponsorship projects - handling and storing promotional media with the Tauron logo, developing a design for arranging exhibition spaces" (extended name of the procedure, used interchangeably in the order documentation)

The subject of the contract includes:

1) storing the Awarding Entity's promotional media;

2) maintenance of the Awarding Entity's promotional media; maintenance of plating cleanliness, ensuring full efficiency of electrical components (engine, lighting, cables), monitoring and assessment of the condition of the fasteners (haul-offs, carabiners, herrings, bases), washing and cleaning of promotional outfits;

3) repairs: sewing, putting on patches, supplementing plating defects (with the intact logotype), repairing engines and plugs, cables, lighting elements (replacement of bulbs and filaments), replacement of guys, straightening of herrings, sewing and strengthening of carabiners, provided that the value of these activities in the previous sentence does not exceed 20% of the net value of the purchase of the given promotional medium by the Employer;

4) utilization, but only with the prior consent of the Ordering Party promotional media with the damaged logo, completely used up (age approx. 3 years, over 200 exposures) or elements of exhibition stands indicated by the Ordering Party;

5) transport of promotional media to a place designated by the Employer;

6) technical and personal security of events as well as reserve technical and personal security of events;

7) arranging exhibition spaces for the indicated event,

8) service, including in particular the unfolding and folding, of large-format promotional media of the Employer;

9) spreading and folding roll-ups, advertising banners, flags and other small promotional media of the Ordering Party;

10) service of the Employer's company mascots (staff dressed in "Tauronek" mascots);

11) preparing working photographic documentation of events to documentation summarizing the performance of the ordered services (report);

12) collecting promotional media from the place indicated by the Employer and delivering them to the place of the event;

13) full branding of the team servicing the event (outfit adapted to the circumstances of the event, which will be bought and delivered by the Ordering Party);

and

14) developing a graphic design of arrangement of exhibition areas for events selected by the Employer,

15) production of a modular, one-story exhibition stand or elements indicated by the Employer based on a personalized design of the arrangement of exhibition space for events selected by the Employer.
