1. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads, pavements, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle routes, municipal and district parking lots in the Brwinów municipality in the 2023/2024 season, along with post-winter cleaning of streets, pavements, pedestrian and bicycle routes.
2. The scope of the object of the contract shall include:
1) Winter maintenance of municipal roads, streets and pavements, specified in Appendix No. 5.1 to the Terms of Reference,
2) Winter maintenance of county roads, specified in Appendix No. 5.2 to the SWZ,
3) The winter cleansing of streets, pavements, walking and bicycle hauls on municipal and county roads according to Annex No. 5.1 and No. 5.2 to SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads, pavements, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle routes, municipal and district parking lots in the Brwinów municipality in the 2023/2024 season, along with post-winter cleaning of streets, pavements, pedestrian and bicycle routes.
2. The scope of the object of the contract shall include:
1. Winter maintenance of roads, streets and municipal pavements as defined in Annex 5.1 to SWZ:
(a) Range A (ploughing, pouring), which includes ploughing or pouring on 120 km of roads and pavements and car parks with an area of 53,000 m². The Ordering Party may recommend the Contractor to perform ploughing or pouring or ploughing with pouring on a given range – depending on the needs and assessment of weather conditions. These activities will be settled according to the unit prices specified in the offer form.
(b) Range B (flushing), which includes flushing on roads with a length of 60 km. The Contracting Authority may instruct the Contractor to a given extent to carry out a sleeping-out of 40 km of roads, depending on the needs and the assessment of weather conditions. These actions will be accounted for at unit prices set out in the offer form.
2. Winter maintenance of county roads as defined in Annex 5.2 to SWZ:
This range includes ploughing or pouring on 40,004 km of roads and sidewalks, pedestrian-bicycle routes, bicycle paths and parking lots on an area of 45,236 m2 along with post-winter cleaning of roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle routes and parking lots. The Ordering Party may recommend the Contractor to perform ploughing or pouring or ploughing with pouring on a given range – depending on the needs and assessment of weather conditions. These activities will be settled according to the unit prices specified in the offer form.
3) The winter cleansing of streets, pavements, walking and bicycle hauls on municipal and county roads according to Annex No. 5.1 and No. 5.2 to SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to carry out a local vision or to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.
4. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall determine the requirements for employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the implementation of the contract: management of road ploughs and sandblasters (excluding pavement ploughs).
