The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act") including, in particular, works in the field of forest nursery, breeding and forest protection, seed and other works related to development to be carried out in the Złoczew Forest District, in 2023. Planned date of completion of the contract 31.12.2023

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – the "Forest Act"), including in particular works in the field of forest breeding and protection, forest nursery, seed and other works related to management, to be carried out in the area of the Złoczew Forest District, in 2023. Planned date of completion of the contract 31.12.2023 The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract
