1. Carrying out works on any trade in private, occupied or vacant parts. This work, in private parts, may be carried out in particular as part of the re-letting of vacant dwellings, the renovation of occupied dwellings (maintenance or disaster), adaptation.

2. Painting and flooring work in the common areas of buildings managed by Toulouse Métropole Habitat.
