The subject of the contract are the supply of meat, poultry and cold cuts to the Prison Service Training Center in Popów and the Branch Office in Kikity.
The products supplied should comply with the standards and standards set out in the Polish Standards and relevant legal provisions, including the Food Safety and Nutrition Act of 25 August 2006. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 2021), as well as implementing regulations to this law.
The type of articles and the estimated requirement for a period of 12 months, according to individual tasks, shall be provided by the price form annex 3 to the SWZ.
Delivery will be carried out to the contracting warehouse successively, as required on the basis of information each time transmitted by the contracting party in telephone, email or fax form until 1500 hours on the day before delivery. Implementation of deliveries in 800 - 1300 by transport and at the expense of the contractor.
