Execution in the formula design and build an investment task entitled: "Improving the effectiveness of recruitment of the Prison Service - new quarters for officers, Penitentiary in Racibórz"

A detailed description of the parameters and requirements of the Ordering Party is specified in the Annex to the SWZ - PFU.

The subject of the Order is:

1. preparation of design documentation, obtaining technical conditions, arrangements and opinions necessary for the implementation of the investment task and obtaining a building permit for the Ordering Party and/or submitting a notification;

2. if necessary, preparation of design documentation for the demolition of buildings and accompanying infrastructure;

3. construction of designed facilities including land development, technical and communication infrastructure, auxiliary facilities, connections to external networks and construction of communication with public roads;

4. Complete acceptance activities along with obtaining an occupancy permit.

The plots on which the investment is planned, in the part intended for the investment, are not entered in the register of monuments and are not subject to protection. In the vicinity of the planned investment – on plot No. 127 there is a complex of buildings of the Penitentiary and a park entered in the ŚlWKZ register.
