The subject of the contract is the supply of 5 electric cars. Split order

is for 2 parts, of which part 1 covers the delivery of one car and part 2 covers the delivery of 4

identical cars.

a) completed Annex 1A to the SWZ together with a statement of compliance with the requirements,

b) The contractor must confirm the fulfillment of all technical requirements for the base vehicle in the form of a detailed description of the subject of the contract and by marking individual data that

requires the Ordering Party, in official catalogues (in Polish or translation into Polish) of the manufacturer/importer of the vehicle, containing technical data and equipment of the base vehicle.
