This contract relates to the sorting of packaging and news-magazine papers, including the storage and loading of materials resulting from the sorting of household waste and similar waste from the territory of the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley

This contract relates to the sorting of packaging and news-magazine papers, including the storage and loading of materials resulting from the sorting of household waste and similar waste from the territory of the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley.

It is a framework agreement with unit prices. Regarding the unit price part, the contract is executed by the issuance of purchase orders, in application of article R2362-8 of the Public Order Code

The minimum and maximum are expressed in tonnes to be sorted, as follows:

For packaging and household papers:

- minimum annual tonnage: 9,000 tons to be sorted

- maximum annual tonnage: 14,000 tons to sort

the contract starts on 1 March 2022 It is concluded for a period of 3 years and can be renewed once a year, tacitly, the holder cannot refuse the renewal
