The consultation concerns: the connection of the Sud III to the Flaubert bridge on the left bank of the Seine by a fast lane of approximately 1.1 km. The road connection is made up of a succession of engineering structures (viaducts and embankments); this contract includes the entire connection, including the “superstructure” works and equipment, in order to allow its final commissioning; work on the existing roads and to be created, in order to be able to respect the phasing of the site (ramps of the Stalingrad interchange, connection to the RN 1338 from the central square, preparation of the platform instead of the roundabout of Madagascar…; the operation under construction of all the works as well as their maintenance and the provision of a penalty; network works (information or energy), new or deviation.
