Once the nature of the benefits has been identified, it is not necessary to draw up the single Interference risk assessment document (DUVRI), and therefore no interference charges have been identified.

The above amounts are inclusive of any form of any options or renewals of the contract.

The supply must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the technical elaborate n. E50008b, attached to the contract scheme (Annex n. 3 to the tender specification).

RFI SpA intends to examine tenders prior to verification of tenderers' eligibility. The provisions of art. 133, co. 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 will apply.

Supply of “Socket, screw, washer and nut kit”.

Pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, lett. b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, it is noted that this tender concerns materials with standardized characteristics, produced on the basis of technical elaborate no. E50008b of 17.2 .2021, based on the tender, which fully describes all the technical and functional characteristics, as well as not allowing discretion with respect to the technical requirements laid down therein.

The contracting station for the assignment and execution of the interventions in question proceeds in derogation pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 16.7.2020 n. 76 as converted, with modifications, into law 11.9.2020 No. 120. In implementation of this provision, the provisions of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i. however recalled in the documentation based on the tender must therefore be understood, therefore, applicable as provided for by the aforementioned art. 2, paragraph 4 and/or necessary to ensure the delivery and simplification of the tender procedure, as well as the correct and rapid conduct of the contract.

All activities covered by the contract are attributable to a single main supply (Supplies); therefore it is not possible the participation of multi-objective competitors referred to in art. 45, paragraph 2, letter d), e), f) and g) Legislative Decree 50/2016 s.m. of vertical or mixed nature.
