A contract for the supply of paper, office supplies and small office equipment is awarded for a fixed period of 2 years with the option of extending contracts for a maximum of 6 more years.
Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe, Public Law Institution (BVG), is the lead provider of public transport services in the Berlin metropolitan area.
On the basis of this call for tenders, a framework agreement is to be concluded with an economic operator on the basis of which BVG's needs for paper, office supplies and small office equipment are met.
This call for tenders is partly carried out as a shopping cart tender, i.e. a shopping cart defined by the customer is to be priced. In addition, the AN's product range is commissioned according to the basis of e-class 7.1. The maximum order volume for all single releases is EUR 1 000 000.00 (net) per annum; this corresponds to twice the projected order volume.
