The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway would like to carry out a review of how work connected to major accident risk and the working environment is managed in different production licences and licensee groups, and the degree to which this contributes to a high level of health, environment and safety in the petroleum industry. The intention of the review is to map how the participants in the production licences manage obligations and responsibilities connected to HSE, and how each individual licensee contributes to work with major accident risk and the working environment in the various committee structures and in the production licences as such.
See annex 1 for further information on the tender contest.
