Public procurement is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the French Public Procurement Code. The maximum quantities for the entire duration of the contract are defined in Annex 3 of the CCTP "Maximum quantities". The public contract is a single contractor. The public contract is dealt with at unit prices set out in the unit price schedule (Bpu)
